COMMUNICATION
Attention to detail and good communication is key to any successful relationship and vital in order to avoid costly errors. We follow up on each shipment from pick up to delivery and require daily communication from drivers. We are accessible at all times to both our carriers and customers. Problems are addressed immediately and resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
CARRIERS
Our database consists of thousands of carriers and equipment, allowing us to move our customers’ freight in the most efficient and economical manner. As part of our service we verify that all carriers with whom we contract have adequate and current liability and cargo insurance. All carriers meet our established standards for performance and safety and we require they maintain a satisfactory performance and safety rating. Contracts, insurance certificates, and safety information are on file in our office and updated on a regular basis to insure compliance.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Realizing today’s rapidly changing environment, we remain flexible and receptive to change. We utilize industry standard freight broker software to manage our loads and mileage is determined using PC Miler software. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and technology and will continue to develop and refine our systems to handle the unique needs of each customer.

- Rates available upon request. Due to fluctuation in fuel costs and all the variables that affect rates at a given time, quotes are provided for each specific lane and based on the market at the time the shipment is moving.
